Tour to Ranthambore Wildlife Park and Jaipur for 4 Nights / 5 Days

Day 1: Early morning departure since Ranthambore is a five or six hour drive from Delhi.

Check-in at The Nahargarh Fort Resort or similar four star hotel. Check-in times begin at 2:00 p.m.

Foreign guests are required to show their passports in original along with the  visae, and provide their contact telephone numbers in India.

The accommodation will be on full board.

Ranthambore is counted as one of the famous world heritage sites because of the photographic ruins and the historical fort that compliment the natural wildlife park.

Lunch / dinner at the resort. Overnight stay.

Day 2: Embark on the morning safari at 06:30 am. The duration of the safari is about three and a half hours. Return to the resort and have breakfast. Time for leisure.
Post lunch, embark on the second safari by 02:30 pm in a different zone. Return to the resort in the evening and dinner at the resort.

Guests are required to reach the canter/jeep boarding point one hour prior to the safari start time for verification of their passports. Passports should be carried in original for each safari.  

Day 3: Embark on the morning safari around 06:00 am and return to the resort in time for breakfast and check-out, at 1200 hrs.

Day 3 (continued): Drive to Jaipur, a distance of 176 kms with a journey time of about 3 hrs and 26 minutes. Check in at the hotel Umaid Bhawan A Heritage Styled Boutique Hotel or similar four star hotel. The check-In time is 12:00 Noon. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 4: After breakfast at the hotel, visit the renowned Amber Fort: Try to arrive prepared after reading a bit about its history and the related legends. Historically, this was a palace built for a king with 12 wives, each associated with a zodiac sign, with separate apartments for each queen. The architecture is stunning.

Post lunch, visit the Observatory, showcasing the country’s astronomical heritage.

The Jantar Mantar as it is called, is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is an astronomical observatory dating from the beginning of the 18th century.

It includes several outdoor masonry instruments and has a sundial which gives the correct time to within 2 seconds.
In the evening visit the City palace Museum: Built in the mid-18th century, with additions continuing until the mid-20th century, the City Palace comprises of multiple buildings and complexes. It is one of the few royal court complexes of a Hindu ruler from the Mughal era that has survived intact as a single historical site to this day. The museum is open till 06:30 pm on all days and is closed during the festival of Holi.
    
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5: After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive back to Delhi, a distance of 307 kms. The journey time is 4 hrs and 49 mins but some additional time may be required to negotiate traffic within the two cities.
